The High School program of Addition Hills Integrated School composes of the Junior and Senior High School learners. Each learner will take seven Learning Areas under the Core Curriculum. These are Languages, Literature, Communication, Mathematics, Philosophy, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences. Current content from some General Education subjects are embedded in the SHS curriculum. The school offers aligned preliminary subjects leading to their choice of SHS courses prescribed by the Department of Education. The courses varies from the Academic Track to the Technological Vocational and Livelihood tracks.

The Junior High School program consist learners from Grade 7 to Grade 10 levels while the Senior High School include learners from Grade 11 to Grade 12.
