Senior High School (SHS) in AHIS is a two year course of specialized upper secondary education; students may choose a specialization based on aptitude, interests, and school capacity. The choice of career track will define the content of the subjects a student will take in Grades 11 and 12. Each student in Senior High School can choose among the two tracks: Academic and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL).

The Academic track includes the strand Accounting, Business and Management (ABM) NCIII. To be able to master the courses in the SHS, the learners are given aligned preliminary subjects from Grades 7 to Grade 10. This subjects include the prior learning in Computer Systems and Servicing, Illustration, Mechanical Drafting and Electrical Installation and Management aside from the subjects prescribed by the Department of Education.
